[摘要]目的:预制X线片模板标记截骨范围,保证下颌角截骨术疗效。方法:口内入路对22例下颌角肥大行弧形截骨术,术中采用预制的X线片模板标记截骨范围指导手术,比较术前后相关数据及容貌改变评价疗效。结果:术前后各下颌角截骨术敏感指标有明显差异,所有患者对手术效果满意。结论:使用X光模板定位行下颌角截骨术可以准确量化截骨范围,保证疗效。
