[摘要]目的:评价Opalescence PF 家庭美白系统漂白牙齿的临床效果。方法:随机选取80名着色牙病例,并分为生理性黄牙、氟斑牙、四环素牙及变色死髓牙4个组,用Opalescence PF 家庭美白系统进行牙齿漂白,以VITA比色板分析脱色效果,用数字化疼痛评判法记录受试者术中牙齿的敏感度,半年后复查评价疗效稳定性。结果:①Opalescence PF 家庭美白系统漂白疗效总有效率为100%,除氟斑牙组漂白显效率高于四环素牙组(P<0.05),其余几组间漂白显效率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);②除死髓牙组,术中各组部分患者有不同程度的牙齿酸痛症状,但停止用药后2～3h均能缓解;氟斑牙组重度敏感率为21.1%;③术后半年漂白疗效总有效率各组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);4组患者术后半年漂白疗效的总有效率与治疗结束时无统计学差异。结论:Opalescence PF 家庭美白系统治疗着色牙效果显著并具有一定的稳定性。

Evaluation of the clinical effect of Opalescence PF in-home tooth whitening system on discolored tooth

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Opalescence PF in-home tooth whitening system on discolored tooth.MethodsEighty discolored patients were selected randomly and received the bleaching treatment with Opalescence PF in-home tooth whitening system.The tooth color was detected with Vita shade guide before and after the treatment,analyze the bleaching effect. The sensitivity of the teeth was recorded in the treatment by Visual analogue scale (VAS).The color improvement maintained was assessed in half a year,and lightening stability were evaluated.ResultsThe significant effective rate was 72.2%.The general effective rate was 100%.The tooth sensitivity appeared in the treatment and relieved in 2～3 hours. The severely sensitive rate was 5.1%.The sensitive rate was 69.6%.For the treatment efficacy between the time of treatment completion and after half a year,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). ConclusionThe bleaching effect of Opalescence PF in-home tooth whitening system is good and can maintain a period of time.

随着时代的发展,牙齿美容正在成为当代口腔科学的新重点,牙齿漂白技术是牙齿美容领域的一部分,并自从1989 年美国学者Haywood 和Heymann 首先报道夜间活髓牙漂白技术(nightguard vital bleaching),即家庭漂白技术(in - home bleaching)[1]以来,其作为一种简单、实用、经济、最少损伤的牙齿美容方法在临床上的应用日趋广泛。本文用Opalescence PF 家庭美白系统对着色牙的漂白进行临床效果评价。现报道如下。
1材料和方法
1.1 实验对象:选择标准:①氟斑牙,生理性黄牙,四环素牙,变色死髓牙的患者;②口内天然牙列,且无大面积的充填或冠修复体;③年龄18～40岁,全身健康状况良好,无精神障碍史;④在实验的3个月期间随时参加检查;⑤愿意参加临床观察并签订同意书。排除标准:①受检者有严重的口腔疾病、慢性病或对试验产品有过敏史;②受检者有晚期牙周疾病;③女性处于妊娠期或哺乳期;④目前正参加其他的临床试验;⑤正在进行正畸治疗或戴有可摘式局部义齿者。
1.2 分组:共有80例患者要求牙齿漂白且符合要求,其中男31例,女49例,年龄18～40岁,平均29岁。根据患者具体情况分为生理性黄牙组,共20例;氟斑牙组,共20例;四环素牙组,共20例;变色死髓牙组,共20例 ......
