[摘要]目的:探讨近年来黄褐斑患者的临床特点及发病原因。方法:对我院美容科门诊确诊的221例黄褐斑患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:经临床资料分析,日晒、人流史、性格急躁、睡眠不佳、情绪等因素为主要发病因素。结论:本组资料分析黄褐斑的致病因素有其自身的特点,情绪、性格、内分泌、化妆品使用不当、日光照射、家族史等是黄褐斑发病的主要相关因素。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features in recent years, melasma and etiology. Methodsbeauty clinics in our hospital diagnosed 221 cases of chloasma analysis of clinical data.Results The clinical data analysis,the sun, flow history,character and irritable, poor sleep,mood and other factors as the main risk factors.ConclusionThe data analysis of risk factors of melasma has its own characteristics, emotions, personality,endocrine,cosmetics,improper use,sunlight exposure,family history of melasma disease is the main relevant factors. ......
