三种方法去除金属托槽粘结剂对牙面影响的研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:通过观察3种不同方法去除金属托槽粘结剂对牙面的影响,为临床探索较为理想的去除托槽粘结剂方法提供参考依据。方法:选择因正畸治疗需要拔除的前磨牙45颗,按不同去除粘结剂方法随机分为3组,每组15颗,分别用金刚砂车针(A组)、矽粒子(B组)、超声(C组)进行牙面处理。记录每组去除粘结剂所需时间,用三维坐标测量仪测量去除粘结剂前后牙釉质损失量。抛光后做扫描电镜观察下,并对操作时间和釉质损失量作单因素方差分析。结果:金刚砂组去粘结剂前后釉质损失量显著大于矽粒子组及超声组,矽粒子组及超声组釉质损失量无显著差异;超声组去粘结剂所用时间显著大于金刚砂组和矽粒子组,金刚砂组和矽粒子组去粘结剂所用时间无显著差异。去粘结剂后电镜观察显示,金刚砂组牙齿表面较为粗糙,划痕深且明显;矽粒子组与超声组牙齿表面划痕较浅,划痕数量明显减少。结论:矽粒子与超声去除金属托槽粘结剂方法对釉质厚度损失及牙面影响较金刚砂处理小,但超声去除粘结剂所需时间较长。

    Research of three adhesive removal methods influences on tooth surface after metal brackets debonding

    Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was finding an ideal method for adhesive removal method by comparing the tooth surface influenced by three adhesive removal methods after brackets debonding. Methods Forty-five extracted premolars for orthodontic purpose were used in this study. After bonding and debonding metal brackets, the teeth were randomly divided into three groups by different adhesive removal methods. There were fifteen teeth in each group and they were treated by corundum bur(group A), silicone particle(group B) and ultrasonic instrument(group C).Time required for adhesive removal,enamel loss measured by three-dimensional measuring machine, tooth surface after polishing observed by SEM were recorded. Time required for adhesive removal and enamel loss were analyzed by single ANOVA method.ResultsEnamel loss of corundum bur group was significant greater than silicone particle group and ultrasonic instrument group. There was no significant difference of enamel loss between silicone particle group and ultrasonic instrument group. Time required of ultrasonic instrument group was significantly longer than corundum bur group and silicone particle group.
