[摘要]目的：对Beyond冷光美白的疗效进行系统评价。方法：通过系统检索中国学术期刊网全文数据库及中文科技期刊数据库发表的文献，收集有关Beyond冷光美白疗效临床研究文献，建立纳入和排除标准，采用广义倒方差模型进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入21篇文献，以牙数为实验单位的加权合并的显效率为81.30(95%可信区间:78.33～84.38)，以人数为实验单位的加权合并的显效率为66.84(95%可信区间:58.75～76.05)。结论：Beyond冷光美白是一种较好的牙齿美白技术。

The systematic evaluation and Meta analysis on the whitening effects of the Beyond cool light whitening kit

Abstract:ObjectiveTo perform a systematic evaluation of the whitening effects by applying the Beyond cool light whitening kit in clinic therapy.MethodsPapers published till Oct 2010 related to the effects of the Beyond cool light whitening kit in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and VIP database were systematically searched. Meta analysis using the generic inverse variance model was done on the searching result filtered with certain criteria for inclusion. ResultsTwenty-one papers were included. The weighted markedly effective rate with number of teeth as experimental unit is 81.30% (95% CI:58.75～76.05). The weighted markedly effective rate with number of patients as experimental unit is 66.84% (95%CI:58.75 ~ 76.05).ConclusionThe Beyond cool light whitening kit was proved to be an effective method on teeth whitening.

随着物质生活水平的提高，拥有一口健康洁白的牙齿也成为人们重要的美容需求。临床中常见美容方法有牙齿美白、瓷贴面和全瓷冠修复等，其中牙齿美白以它不磨除健康牙齿，操作简单，显示出了绝对的优势，同时患者对牙齿美白疗效关注增加，目前临床中开展较多的Beyond冷光牙齿美白疗效有较多的文献报道，本研究对我国至2010年10月Beyond冷光美白临床疗效进行统计分析，以期提供一定的临床指导。
1材料和方法
1.1文献检索：在中国学术期刊网全文数据库及中文科技期刊数据库中检索时间至2010年10月，以“冷光美白”做为关键词，共检索到130篇，其中共得到符合纳入标准文献21篇。
1.2文献筛选：文献纳入标准：①至2010年10月国内公开发表的Beyond冷光美白疗效的临床研究文献；②研究类型为应为自身对照的观察性研究；③研究对象是临床诊断为四环素牙、氟斑牙、黄牙等变色牙，例数≥20人次；④使用Vita比色板比色，进行美白前后对比；⑤疗效评价：变白5个以上色阶者为显效，变白2～4个色阶为有效，变白1个色阶或无变化着为无效，用显效率值做为评价指标；⑥若为对照性试验，则提取仅以Beyond冷光为美白治疗措施的实验组(或对照组)数据用于研究。排除不符合上述标准的文献以及体外研究、重复报告、综述、数据无法利用等的文献。
1.3信息摘录：建立信息摘录表，从文献中摘录以下信息，研究者及年份、研究对象、实验人数或牙数、显效率值。文献检索、筛选和信息摘录均由2名研究人员独立进行，出现疑问或意见不一致时,与第三方讨论解决。
1.4统计分析：用Sutton等[1]提出的广义倒方差模型对各个研究报告的显效率进行合并,公式如下：Y=(W1×Y1+W2×Y2+……Wn×Yn)÷(W1+W2+……Wn),Y的95%CI=Y±1 ......
