双极射频联合红光治疗腹部脂肪堆积的疗效和安全性评价(1)

[摘要]目的：评价双极射频联合红光、负压、机械按压治疗腹部脂肪堆积的临床疗效和安全性。方法：纳入2010年1月～2010年6月采用VelaShape 治疗3次的受试者10例，治疗后1周随访观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果：所有受试者经过治疗后，5例受试者的躯干周径较治疗前，出现明显减少，受试者满意度调查显示1例特别满意，满意和较满意的受试者有4例，整个治疗过程并无严重不良反应发生。结论：双极射频联合红光、负压、机械按压治疗躯干脂肪堆积是一种具有确切疗效、安全的治疗策略

Clinical analysis with combined use of bipolar radiofrequency and infrared light for treating flank subcutaneous fat deposits

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect and safety using combined bipolar radiofrequency, infrared light, vacuum and mechanical massage for treating flank subcutaneous fat deposits.MethodsA total of ten subjects with flank subcutaneous fat deposits were treated by combined bipolar radiofrequency, infrared light,vacuum and mechanical massage three times from January to June, 2010. After treatment, they were followed up to assess the clinical effect and adverse reaction.ResultsAll subjects received the treatment by this device.After third treatment, reduction of abdominal circumference of five subjects was statistically significant. Subject satisfaction from the treatment was similar following the last treatment.And no adverse reactions occurred in all subjects.ConclusionCombined use of bipolar radiofrequency, infrared light, vacuum and mechanical massage is a safe, effective and very valuable strategy for treating flank subcutaneous fat deposits.

随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高，人们对美的追求也愈发广泛、细致，有研究显示，在具有减体重愿望的人群中，有35%为了追求形象美[1]。塑身逐渐成了美学的热门词汇，随之而来的塑身方法和策略日新月异。这些方法包括物理、中医、药物、手术等手段，取得了一定的疗效，但这些方法却各有优缺点，如手术塑身疗效确切，立竿见影，但患者承受的痛苦和风险大，依从性差，而药物塑身副作用多，甚至影响健康状况，其它方法疗效则不确定。因此，探寻一种疗效确切、安全舒适的塑身策略就尤为重要。2007年，有学者在对一名47岁患者行非剥脱性射频治疗，2月后随访发现治疗区域发生萎缩，自此人们开始从动物实验尝试应用非剥脱性射频进行塑身，取得了一定的进展[2]。本研究的目的就在于评估射频、红光、负压及机械按摩四维一体的塑身疗效和安全性。
