[摘要]目的：探讨微波照射对腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后伤口愈合的影响,以及微波治疗在腋臭术后运用的前景。方法：将20例门诊行腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭手术患者随机分成2组,实验组术后微波照射术区，对照组术后常规换药护理,观察腋部皮瓣血运及术口愈合情况，对各组伤口I期愈合率进行比较。结果：实验组愈合时间平均7.3天，I期愈合率95.0%。对照组愈合时间平均10.4天，I期愈合率75.0%。实验组术后伤口愈合时间和I期愈合率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后3天开始行创面微波照射，可促进腋部皮瓣局部血液循环和皮瓣成活,减少并发症，利于切口愈合。

Effects of microwave irradiation on osmidrosis operation with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of microwave herapy to the osmidrosis operation with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary.Methods20 cases of outpatient service with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary were divided into two groups at random: in experimental group ten postoperative patients were irradiated by microwave, the other ten patients were treated by general method after operation. observed the axillary flaps and incisions healing, and compared the rate of healing time.ResultsIn experimental group,20 wounds healed in 7.3 days andthe rate of good healing is 95.0%. in the other group,20 wounds healed in 10.4 days andthe rate of good healing is 75.0%,showing with the significant statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionMicrowave herapy to the osmidrosis operation with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary is a good method, it has the advantage of increasing opration efficiency and reducing the postoperative complications.

腋臭临床常见,具有遗传倾向,自青春期发病,因其特殊的气味而影响患者的学习、工作、生活和社会交往[1]。目前治疗方法繁多,分手术治疗和非手术治疗,从疗效出发仍首选手术治疗[2-5]，但术后并发症较为常见，多出现血肿、皮瓣坏死或伤口愈合不良。2009年3月～2010年3月,我科采用对腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后伤口微波照射，疗效显著,现将方法与结果报道如下。
1资料和方法
1.1临床资料：从广西壮族自治区人民医院整形外科门诊腋臭患者随机抽取20例,并随机分成两组，每组10例。A组为实验组，B组为对照组。男8例,女12例；年龄18～34岁,平均21.3岁；有家族史者16例。所有患者先前均未行腋臭相关治疗，并符合以下条件:①无重要脏器疾患；②腋窝无浅表淋巴结肿大、湿疹、皮肤破损及局部化脓性感染；③女性应避开月经期；④术前血常规、凝血功能无异常。
1.2手术方法：患者取仰卧位,双上肢外展,备皮,用亚甲蓝溶液标记手术范围(腋毛外缘旁开1.0cm)和手术切口(腋毛区中部沿腋下皮肤皱褶线横切口2 ......
