两种口腔基托树脂力学性能的比较研究(1)

[摘要]目的:对两种口腔基托树脂材料的力学性能进行比较研究,为临床工作提供理论依据。方法:对临床使用的注塑基托树脂和热凝基托树脂,按照其操作步骤要求进行试样制备,测定其冲击强度、弯曲强度、弹性模量和布氏硬度,并对断面进行电子显微分析。结果:注塑基托树脂和热凝基托树脂的弯曲强度分别为(104.44±3.07)MPa,(93.29±6.18)MPa,(P<0.05),冲击强度为(6.01±0.50)kJ/mm3,(7.25±0.63)kJ/mm3,(P>0.05),弹性模量为(2.1±0.2)GPa,(2.3±0.3)Gpa, (P>0.05),布氏硬度为(12.17±0.93)kg/mm2,(20.07±1.39)kg/mm2,(P<0.05);两种基托树脂的微观结构有明显不同,注塑基托树脂内部分布着许多粒径颗粒。结论:由于两种基托树脂的制作工艺不同,两者的力学性能存在一定的差异,注塑基托树脂韧性佳而硬度较低,热凝基托树脂硬度高而脆性较大。建议临床工作中,根据义齿类型选择不同的基托树脂,并且针对各自存在的问题进行针对性处理。

Abstract: Objective To comparative study the mechanical properties of two denture base resins, and it provided theoretical foundation of clinical practises. Methods The flexural strength, impact strength,flexural elastic modulus and Brielle hardness of the two denture resins materials was measured on testing machine, the photos of the sections under the electron microscope was taken. ResultsThe flexural strength of Castapress denture resin and Thermo coagulation were(104.44±3.07)MPa,(93.29±6.18)MPa(P<0.05),impact strength were (6.01±0.50)kg/mm3,(7.25±0.63)kJ/mm3,(P>0.05),flexural elastic modulus were(2.1±0.2)GPa,(2.3±0.3)GPa,(P>0.05),Brielle hardness were (12.17±0.93)kg/mm2,(20.07±1.39)kg/mm2,(P<0.05);two kinds of materials were obviously different in their micromechanisms,there were two much particles in Castapress denture resin. ConclusionCastapress denture resin has good flexural strength, but has low hardness,Thermo coagulation has good hardness,but has low flexural strength.

基托树脂是口腔制作全口义齿和可摘局部义齿的主要材料。目前,临床上使用的基托树脂主要有热凝基托树脂和注塑基托树脂两种,两种基托树脂的制作工艺有许多不同,各自有着优缺点[1]。力学性能作为衡量基托树脂的重要指标,目前关于这方面的相关文献还比较少,本研究通过对两种基托树脂力学性能进行比较研究,为临床工作提供指导。
