双侧口轮匝肌粘膜瓣在双侧唇裂术后继发畸形中的应用(2)

笔者的方法是将前唇红唇向下、向内推进，形成唇珠；于两侧红唇形成蒂在外侧的口轮匝肌粘膜瓣，向中间滑行，形成前唇。手术设计和操作简单；前唇粘膜向内侧翻转，有利于形成唇珠；对于有些上唇红唇过薄，口腔前庭沟较浅的患者，向内翻转的前唇粘膜有利于加深前庭沟。因此整个设计合理的利用了组织，避免了浪费。本方法适用于双侧唇裂术后继发畸形红唇口哨畸形的患者。患者的上唇不宜过紧，否则术后可能出现口裂较小的情况。
