双波长立体点阵激光治疗50例痤疮后遗凹陷瘢痕疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的：评估双波长立体点阵激光治疗痤疮后遗凹陷瘢痕的效果和安全性。方法：以50例痤疮后遗凹陷瘢痕患者为研究对象，采用Cynosure-Affirm双波长(1 320nm+1 440nm)立体点阵激光修复治疗，1个疗程3～5次，每次间隔4周。末次治疗后1个月，根据对临床效果的观察和对照片的比较，按照凹陷瘢痕改善程度，分别评定为“无效、轻度改善、中度改善、显著改善”四级。有效率以轻度改善+中度改善+显著改善计，满意率以中度改善+显著改善计，同时观察有无色素沉着、色素减退和瘢痕增生等并发症。结果：接受3～5个疗程治疗的患者分别有9例、17例和24例，50例患者均有疗效，其中轻度改善13例(26%)，中度改善26例(52%)，显著改善11例(22%)，有效率为100%，满意率为74%；无1例出现色素沉着、色素减退和瘢痕增生等并发症。结论：双波长立体点阵激光是一种目前治疗痤疮后遗凹陷瘢痕安全而有效的治疗方法。

Observation of the therapeutic effect for 50 patients with secondum depressed scar of acne by 3D double wave point lattice laser

Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety in the treatment for secondum depressed scar of acne by 3D double wave point lattice laser. Methods50 patients suffered from secondum depressed scar of acne were treated by Cynosure-Affirm 3D double wave(I.e.1320nm & 1440nm) point lattice laser with a series of three or five treatment at a four-week interval.One month post last treatment, the return visit was taken and the therapeutic efficacy was divided into four different grades:no, slight, midrange or excellent effect according to the improved degree of depressed scar by observing the clinical efficacy and comparing preoperative and postoperative photos.The complications such as hyperpigmentation, depigmentation and hyperplastic scar were investigated simultaneously.The effective power of treatment was consisted of the ratio for slight,midrange and excellent efficacy.The satisfactory proportion was consisted of the percentage for midrange and excellent therapeutic efficacy.Results9 patients underwent 3 sessions of treatment,17 patients 4 sessions of treatment and 24 patients 5 sessions of treatment ......
