[摘要]目的：探讨应用Abbe瓣结合口唇周围局部皮瓣修复上唇组织缺损畸形的方法。方法：自2001～2010年，我科应用Abbe瓣联合上唇外侧皮瓣和鼻唇沟皮瓣修复上唇组织缺损22例。结果：22例患者经Abbe瓣及口唇局部皮瓣修复后，皮瓣全部成活，上唇外形良好。结论：用Abbe瓣结合口唇局部皮瓣修复上唇组织缺损畸形，血运可靠，修复效果满意，具有很强的临床推广性。

    Application of Abbe flap and surrounding lip flaps in repairing upper lip tissue defect

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the application of Abbe flap and surrounding lip flaps in repairing upper lip defect deformity.MethodsSince 2001, our department applied Abbe flap in combination with other flaps including lateral upper lip flap or nasolabial flap to repair the upper lip defects in 22 cases.Results22 patients underwent Abbe flap in combination with lateral upper lip flap or nasolabial flap. No vascular complications were found in these flaps. Upper lip shape was well.ConclusionThe Abbe flap in combination with surrounding lip flaps have reliable blood supply and satisfied shape in repairing upper lip tissue defect. ......
