[摘要]目的：探讨乳牙滞留对恒牙萌出及牙颌面发育的影响。方法：选择我科诊治的400例患者，共2011颗滞留乳牙进行分析，年龄5～18岁。结果：滞留乳牙以下颌乳中切牙最多，占24.99%；健康状况正常的有210例，仅占10.42%；其中在有继承恒牙的1994颗中，萌出正常的仅202颗，占10.13%。结论：乳牙滞留可影响患者的牙颌面发育，导致错牙合畸形。

    Clinical analysis of deciduous teeth retention on permanent teeth eruption anddentomaxillofacial development

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of deciduous teeth retention on permanent teeth eruption and dentomaxillofacial development.MethodsTotally 2011 deciduous tooth retention were chosen to analyze in 400 patients of the age from 5 to 18 years who diagnosed in our department.Results The mandibular deciduous central incisors were the most in the retention of deciduous tooth and accounted for 24.99%.The health status of 210 deciduous tooth retention were normal and accounted for only 10.42%.In the 1994 succedaneous permanent tooth,202 permanent tooth erupted normally and accounted for 10.13%.ConclusionDeciduous teeth retention can affect the dentomaxillofacial development and lead to malocclusion deformity. ......
