低强度脉冲超声刺激对人类牙周膜细胞BMP-2表达效应的研究(3)

因此,本研究观察一定强度的LIPUS处理人牙周膜细胞一周后BMP-2基因表达变化,探讨LIPUS促牙周组织成骨分化效应。以同期培养的人牙周膜细胞作为对照,发现LIPUS可明显提高BMP-2表达,处理第1天未见统计学差异(P>0.05);处理第3天BMP-2表达提高6.07倍,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);处理第5天BMP-2表达尽管已下降,仍高于对照组2.3倍,仍具有统计学差异(P<0.05);处理第7天BMP-2表达降低至与对照组相同水平。这说明LIPUS促进人类牙周膜细胞成骨的作用较为肯定,且促成骨效应存在一定的阶段性变化,仍有待进一步探明其作用机制。鉴于LIPUS参数众多,还需要深入研究其脉冲频率、脉冲占空比、幅宽、输出强度、处理时间等参数对细胞促成骨效应的作用机制,为进一步明确LIPUS促牙周组织修复作用机制提供借鉴。
