正常牙合青年男性嚼肌\颞肌超声形态与软组织面型关系的研究

     [摘要]目的:超声测量正常牙合青年男性浅层嚼肌、颞肌形态指标,了解咀嚼肌形态功能与软组织面型的关系。方法:应用超声成像技术测量69位正常牙合青年男性下颌处于姿势位时浅层嚼肌横截面周长、面积、宽度、最大厚度、平均厚度、纵截面长度及颞肌最大厚度、平均厚度,并与颅面软组织形态指标测量结果及面型比例进行统计学相关分析。结果:下颌处于姿势位时浅层嚼肌的周长、横截面积、最大厚度及平均厚度与颧弓间宽度(bizygomatic facial width,BFW)及下颌角间宽度(intergonial width,IGW)呈正相关(P<0.05);颞肌最大厚度、平均厚度与IGW呈正相关关系(P<0.05);浅层嚼肌周长、最大厚度、平均厚度与前面高与颧弓间宽度之比(the ratio of the anterior facial height to the bizygomatic facial width,AFH/BFW)及前面高与下颌角间宽度之比(the ratio of the anterior facial height to the intergonial width,AFH/IGW)负相关(P<0.05)。结论:浅层嚼肌、颞肌形态对软组织面型有显著影响,浅层嚼肌周长、横截面积、厚度及颞肌厚度影响颅面宽度及面高与面宽的比例,可能与方面型有关。

    Study on the relationship between Ultrasound images of the masseter,temporal muscle and facial morphology of young males

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish the average of superfacial masseter and temporal muscle of young males with nomal occlusion by Ultrasonography,and to investigation whether the Ultrasound images of masseter and temporal muscle were related to the facial morphology of individiual. Methods The subjects consisted of 69 males with nomal occlusion(mean age:24 years 6 months).Ultrasound scanning was used to measure the perimeter,area,width,mean thickness,maximal thickness,length of masseter muscle and mean thickness, maximal thickness of temporal muscle,All the items were measured under mandibular postural position.Correlation analysis was done between the ultrasound data and facial Morphology,facial proportion.ResultsUnder mandibular postural position,masseter muscle perimeter,area,mean thickness and maximal thickness have a significantly poisitive relation with BFW and IGW(P<0 ......
