异种骨移植物OAM胶原治疗牙周骨下袋临床研究

[摘要]目的：探讨异种骨移植物OAM治疗牙周骨下袋的临床疗效。方法：随机选择65例牙周骨缺损患者，其中40例230个牙位在翻瓣术时植入OAM和BME-10X胶原膜为GTR 组。25例200个牙位作翻瓣术为OFD 组，术后3、6、12 个月回访，通过检查探诊出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、龈退缩(RE)和牙松动度，X线检查比较两组骨缺损修复情况。结果：GTR组术前PD、CAL和BI分别为7.33mm、8.50mm和2.87，术后6个月分别为3.56mm、4.88mm和1.13；术后12个月分别为3.71mm、4.76mm、1.25；OFD 组术前PD、CAL 和BI 分别为7.05mm、8.35mm和2.40，术后6个月分别为5.12mm、7.05mm 和1.68，术后12个月分别为5.50mm、7.10mm和1.70；术后6个月和12个月GTR 组和OFD 组的PD、CAL 和BI 均比术前明显改善，术后GTR 组的各指标比OFD组均有不同程度改善，两组的CAL、PD有非常显著性差异，BI 有显著性差异，GTR 组术后松动度明显降低。GTR组术后骨缺损明显改善，OFD组未见明显新骨形成。结论：GTR与OFD组均能明显改善骨下袋患牙的临床指标，而前者的临床疗效优于后者。

Abstracts:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of OAM bioabsorbable collagen barrier in the Treatment of periodontal pocket defects.Methods40 cases and 230 periodontal pocket defects were treated with OAM bioabsorbable collagen barrier(GTR group)，and 25 cases and 200 periodontal pocket defects with open-flap debridement (OFD group).Clinical parameters evaluated included changes in clinical attachment loss(CAL),pocket depth(PD),bleeding index(BI),gingival recession(RE)and tooth mobility(TM),and the defect of alveolar bone were observed on radiograms preoperatively and repeated at the 3,6 and 12 months post-therapy.Results At the pre-operation，the PD、CAL、BI of group GTR were 7.33mm、8.50mm and 2.87,and at the 6 months post-operative,they were 3.56 mm、4.88 mm and 1.13,and they were 3.71、4.76、1.25 at 12 months;but the PD、CAL、BI of group OFD at the pre-operation were 7.05mm、8.35mm and 2.40,At the 6 months post - therapy,they were 5 ......
