CBCT扫描结合逆向工程软件建立邻牙合嵌体洞型三维有限元模型研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:建立下颌第一磨牙含邻牙合面(Ⅱ类)洞型三维有限元模型,为嵌体修复的生物力学分析奠定基础。方法:采用CBCT扫描的方法, Mimics软件读取断层影像数据,数据分割、三维重建,Geomagic软件补洞、精修,运用Pro/E软件制作洞型及嵌体,ANSYS workbench软件网格划分。结果:准确地建立了含有嵌体、牙釉质、牙本质、髓腔的邻牙合面(Ⅱ类)洞型三维有限元模型,所得模型具有良好的几何相似性与生物力学性能相似性。结论:应用CBCT扫描结合逆向工程软件Mimics、Geomagic,及造型软件Pro/E,有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench建模的方法快捷可行。

    Study on CBCT scan combined with reverse engineering software to establish three-dimensional finite element model of meiso-occlusal inlay cavity

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish three-dimensional finite element model of the mandibular first molar included meiso-occlusal (classⅡ)cavity for biomechanical analysis of the inlay repair established digital model. MethodsUsing CBCT scanning method, Mimics software to read tomography data, data segmentation, 3D reconstruction, Using Geomagic software to imitate filling-up hole and truing, utilizing Pro / E software to make the model of cavity and inlay, Using ANSYS workbench software to divide gridding.ResultsA three-dimensional finite element model of meiso-occlusal (classⅡ)cavity included inlay, enamel, dentinum, dental cavity was accurately established, these model had the favourable similarities of geometric and biomechanics. Conclusions The use of modeling approach of CBCT scan combined with reverse engineering software Mimics and Geomagic, modeling software Pro/E,the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench was fast feasible.
