因STZ是通过破坏胰岛β细胞功能而致糖尿病,因此胰腺组织破坏最严重,高表达许多种趋化因子,诱使BMSCs 向着胰腺归巢;糖尿病往往伴随有肾脏的损害,故肾脏组织也可见到干细胞归巢现象。糖尿病患者下肢动脉慢性闭塞,形成的溃疡因组织缺血缺氧而迁延不愈,静脉给药对于下肢血流尚通畅的还有一定效果,对于下肢血流阻塞的效果却不理想。该实验在2型糖尿病模型造模成功后1周即开始给予静脉BMSCs移植治疗,下肢微血管病变尚未形成血流完全闭塞的情况,故静脉移植细胞后在溃疡局部可见BMSCs. 然而,就干细胞是因为降低血糖才促进创面愈合的,还是直接的促创面愈合机制,有待进一步研究。
