按摩配合抗疤药膜治疗早期增生性瘢痕的疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的：观察采用手法按摩联合敷中药膜、外涂瘢痕止痒软化膏治疗早期增生性瘢痕的临床效果，寻求一套对增生性瘢痕高效安全的治疗方案。方法：选择160例早期增生性瘢痕患者，随机分为两组，每组80例。治疗组：应用瘢痕止痒软化膏配合按摩瘢痕20～30min，再外敷中药膜；对照组：直接敷中药膜并外涂瘢痕止痒软化膏，不作按摩。两组均按要求治疗3个月，观察患者瘢痕软化程度、增生或消退程度，安全性和患者满意度。结果：治疗1个月时治疗组瘢痕已大部分软化，至第2、3个月时与对照组比较P<0.05，差异有显著性意义，两组均未见明显副反应发生。结论：采用手法按摩配合敷中药膜、外涂瘢痕止痒软化膏治疗早期增生性瘢痕，瘢痕软化快，消退提前，效果稳定，无明显副作用，患者满意率高。

Clinical observation of massage and chinese herbs membrane application for treatment of early hypertrophic scar

Abstract： ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic efficacy of manual massage, external applying chinese herbs membrane and anti-itch cream to soften scar for treatment of early hypertrophic scar，and explore an effective and safe therapy for hypertrophic scars. Methods 160 cases with early hypertrophic scar were divided randomly into two groups with 80 cases each. The cases in treatment group were massaged with anti-itch cream to soften scar and applied chinese herbal membrane; The cases in control group only applied herbal membrane and anti-itch cream to soften scar, without massage. These cases were treated for 3 months, the degree of scar softening, safety and patient satisfaction were analyzed. Results The scar in treatment group were softened partly after treated for 1 month, there was significant difference between treatment group and control group after treated for 2 to 3 months(P<0.05). No obvious side effects in both groups occurred. ConclusionThe combination therapy of manual massage, external applying chinese herbs membrane and anti-itch cream to soften scar for early hypertrophic scar demonstrated stableeffects and high patient satisfaction rate，the scar softened rapidly，and no obvious side effect.
