曲面断层片与下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术中下牙槽神经损伤风险预测的初步研究(2)
综上所述，临床上经常会见到下颌阻生第三磨牙与下颌管相接触的现象，而下颌管的意外暴露往往又会增加下牙槽神经受损的风险。因此建议术前行常规行曲面断层片检查，对于牙根与下颌管重叠、根管或根尖呈透射影像的患者，应提前告知患者下牙槽神损伤的风险，术中谨慎操作。
