铒激光汽化与复方倍他米松皮损下注射联合治疗增生性瘢痕疗效观察(2)
我们的研究数据显示,实验组铒激光汽化联合复方倍他米松局部注射显效41例,有效34例,总有效率94.9%,相对于对照组皮损内单一局部注射复方倍他米松的有效率73.8%,两组差异显著,前者治疗效果更好。因此对于部分增生性瘢痕患者,选用profile铒激光汽化联合复方倍他米松局部浸润注射治疗,能使治疗效果更加迅速直接,并且方便安全,疗效维持时间长,患者满意度好,适宜临床推广应用。
