3 结论
采用自体脂肪移植的方法进行隆乳，不必担心体内植入假体引起的各种问题，同时还可以达到隆乳与吸脂减肥一举两得的效果。但如果注射方法不当可能会引起硬结、钙化等问题而影响乳腺肿瘤的诊断。因此，采用多层次多隧道的注射方法，使脂肪颗粒在组织内分散分布，能够增加移植脂肪与受区组织的接触面积，不仅可以使移植脂肪更好地建立血液循环而提高存活率，更重要地是，能够让未存活的脂肪充分吸收，减少出现并发症的机会。
