牙龈诱导在上颌前牙种植美学修复中的临床应用
[摘要]目的：观察牙龈诱导对上颌前牙种植美学修复效果的影响,评估临床应用效果。方法：选择25例患者行上颌前牙种植，术后2个月临时冠修复诱导牙龈成形，4个月后永久修复，3个月后复查，通过统计龈乳头指数和患者满意度评估牙龈诱导的效果。结果：3个月后复查，龈乳头0度为0牙位，Ⅰ度为2牙位，Ⅱ度为13牙位，Ⅲ度为10牙位，Ⅳ度为0牙位，患者满意度VAS值平均为90.5。结论：牙龈诱导可改善上颌前牙种植修复体的牙龈外形和美学效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe and evaluate thce influences of gum induction in antetior maxillary implant esthetic restoration. MethodsA total of 25 implants 25 patients were included in this study. The implants were restortated with temporary crowns to guide the form of gum 2 months later. After 4 months,the implants were restored with final restorations. Papilla index and patient satisfaction were used to evaluate the effects of the restorations 3 months later. ResultsAfter 3 months,papilla index showed that Degree 0 was found in 0 implant site as well 2 in DegreeⅠ,13 in DegreeⅡ,10 in DegreeⅢ,0 in DegreeⅣ. The patient satisfaction Vas score in average reached 90.5. ConclusionGum induction could improve the form of gum and improve the aesthetic effect of the implant prosthesie in the anterior maxilla. ......
