综上所述，利用球帽附着体联合铸造局部可摘活动修复体修复上颌骨Ⅱ类缺损，可以取得满意的固位力，患者的语音、咀嚼功能和面部外形均得到明显改善(如图3～4)，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
