相机快门样皮瓣在头皮缺损修复中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨中小面积头皮缺损的皮瓣修复方法。方法：对我院自2007年1月以来收治的24例中小面积的头皮缺损患者行相机快门样皮瓣修复，观察手术治疗效果。结果：22例均Ⅰ期修复，2例皮瓣远端少许坏死，经换药愈合，效果满意。结论：相机快门样皮瓣是一种修复中小面积头皮缺损的有效方法。
