美容针结合白玉散面膜治疗黄褐斑的护理体会(1)
[摘要]目的： 观察并总结采用美容针结合白玉散治疗黄褐斑疗效和护理体会。方法：收集我院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的符合黄褐斑诊断的患者80例，随机分为两组，治疗组40例，对照组40例。治疗组所有患者均采用美容针结合白玉散面膜治疗；对照组给予外涂0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗。治疗结束后观察其疗效。结果：治疗组基本治愈11例，显效20例，好转6例，总有效率92%；对照组基本治愈6例，显效7例，好转5例，总有效率45%。结论：治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。
