一种稻米提取物的皮肤保湿和抗老化功能研究(1)
[摘要]目的:研究并验证一种稻米提取物(Aquarize IS)对丝聚蛋白(Filaggrin)、胶原蛋白I和胶原蛋白III生物合成的促进作用,及其对人体皮肤的保湿和抗老化功能。方法:对离体皮肤进行体外培养,每天分两次添加1% Aquarize IS 活性物作为活性物组,不添加活性物的设置为对照组,培养48h后依次进行组织切片和免疫荧光染色,拍照对比。临床人体测试选取健康志愿者21名,添加1%的Aquarize IS的基础霜作为活性物组,空白的基础霜作为安慰剂组进行对比。整个测试过程(6h)均在恒温恒湿实验室进行,选择前臂(手腕和肘部之间部分)屈侧作为测试部位,进行双盲的随机抽样试验。结果:离体皮肤试验证实Aquarize IS可以促进丝聚蛋白(Filaggrin)、胶原蛋白I和胶原蛋白III的合成。人体试验证实和安慰剂相比,含Aquarize IS的产品在1h,3h,6h增加皮肤水含量的比率分别为93%,85%和43%,且具有高显著性统计学差异(P≤0.01)。结论:稻米提取物(Aquarize IS)对丝聚蛋白(Filaggrin),胶原蛋白I和胶原蛋白III生物合成具有促进作用,对人体皮肤有显著的保湿和抗老化功能。

Efficacy of a rice extract (Aquarize IS) on skin moisturization and anti-aging

Abstract: Objective A new rice extract (Aquarize IS) will be evaluated for stimulating the synthesis of filaggrin,collagen I and collagen III, therefore providing skin moisturization and anti-aging effects. Methods 6mm punch biopsies of human skin (female) were cultured, apply samples with or without 1% aquarize IS twice per day. After 48h culturing, tissue slicing, immunofluorescence, picture taking were conducted to compare the efficacy. For in-vivo clinical test, 21 healthy Asian subjects were recruited, the inner sides of forearms were chosen as the test zone. The biofunctional side containing 1% Aquarize IS and the placebo without Aquarize IS were applied on the either side of forearm randomly. The whole test for 6h was performed in a controlled lab with constant temperature and humidity. Results 1% Aquarize IS can obviously improve the biosynthesis of filaggrin, collagen type I and collagen type III in skin. Comparing with the placebo, the product containing 1% Aquarize IS statistically significantly improved the skin surface hydration of 93%, 85% and 43% after 1 hour, 3 hours and 6 hours (P≤0.01). Conclusion 1% Aquarize IS showed good moisturization and anti-aging effect.

皮肤保湿对角质层屏障功能的保护是至关重要的。过度洗涤、环境过于干燥或者环境污染影响等都会损伤角质层屏障功能,屏障功能的损伤会加速皮肤老化,增加皮肤的敏感度甚至引起一系列皮肤疾病。皮肤干燥的人,其脂质屏障从结构到组成都发生紊乱,而屏障的破坏增加了环境压力对皮肤的损伤。干性皮肤中,连接角质层的桥粒不能完成自身的降解程序,致使皮肤代谢功能异常而大量脱屑。同时角质层水合能力降低,通过皮肤的水分损失速度约比正常情况下大10倍,皮肤弹性减弱。一项法国的研究表明,无论其皮肤属于哪一类的女性,90%都有缺水的情况[1]。故而皮肤保湿也成为皮肤护理品和皮肤保健品的最基本功能,也是最主要和最被广泛需求的功能,因此越来越多的人从婴童时期就开始注重皮肤的保湿护理。本文通过应用离体皮肤测试(免疫组织化学法)和临床人体试验,来研究亚什兰公司的一种稻米提取物(Aquarize IS)对丝聚蛋白(Filaggrin),胶原蛋白I和胶原蛋白III生物合成的促进作用,以及“由内而外”对人体皮肤产生保湿和抗老化的功能。 (赵小敏 瞿欣)
