强脉冲光联合Q532nm激光治疗雀斑120例临床观察(1)

     [摘要]目的：观察飞顿LovelyⅡ强脉冲光联合Medlite C6 Q532nm激光治疗雀斑的疗效。方法：120例雀斑患者，采用LovelyⅡ强脉冲光及Medlite C6 Q532nm激光联合治疗3次，每次间隔4周。结果：120例雀斑患者经过3次联合治疗后，103例(85.8%)痊愈，15例(12.5%)显效，2例(1.7%)有效，总有效率为100%，5例(4.2%)出现色素沉着。所有患者面部皮肤较以前光滑、细腻。结论：LovelyⅡ强脉冲光联合Medlite C6 Q532nm激光治疗雀斑疗效好，不良反应少，值得临床推广。
