上颌活动矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合42例分析(1)
[摘要]目的：了解上颌活动矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的42例接受上颌活动矫治器治疗的替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者的临床资料。结果：42例患者通过4～8个月的矫治后，后、前牙反牙合完全解除，第一恒磨牙属于中性(或偏近中性)关系，后、前牙覆牙合包括反复改均恢复正常，侧貌得到了有效改善。矫治前后SNB、SNA角、ANB角、Y轴角、Ao-Bo、U1-SN角比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：上颌活动矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合临床疗效确切，值得临床大力推广与应用。
