翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的美容效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的美容效果。方法：对笔者所在科室2011年3月-2013年2月收治的135眼翼状胬肉，采用翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后随访观察1～2年。结果：127眼与正常眼球外观无差异，结膜无充血增厚，手术创面平整光滑。仅8眼出现结膜轻度充血及结膜瘢痕形成，但未见胬肉复发者。结论：翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植能有效降低复发率，并获得良好的美容效果。
