自体脂肪浅层注射矫治上睑凹陷临床效果分析(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪浅层(皮下层、肌肉层)注射治疗上睑凹陷的手术方法和治疗体会。方法：本组26例病例，上睑凹陷程度各异，均采用自体脂肪浅层注射，术后4～6月随访手术效果。结果：所有患者上睑凹陷均得到明显改善，其中5例要求进行二次注射以进一步矫正上睑凹陷。所有患者均对手术效果满意，无并发症。结论：自体脂肪浅层注射矫治上睑凹陷是一种值得推广的手术方法。

Abstract： Objective To study the effects and experience of superfacial injection with autologous fat grafting to correct upper eyelid depression. Methods We summarized 26 cases with different degree of upper eyelid sag who accepted this treatment.4-6months later to judge the effectiveness of the application. Results Of 26 cases(52 eyes)were followed-up for 4 to 6 months.All cases were obviously improved.5 of them want to get a second injection.All of them were satisfied with the outcomes ......
