重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶促进包皮环切术后切口愈合的疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶对于包皮环切术后切口愈合的影响。方法：将342例拟行包皮环切术的患者随机分成两组。观察组172例，手术完成后给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶均匀涂抹切口，以后每日换药时涂抹；对照组170例，不给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶。观察术后两组切口平均愈合时间、切口平整率。结果：2组患者切口愈合时间和切口平整率有显著性差异(P<0.05)，观察组疗效优于对照组。结论：重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶可以加快包皮手术切口的愈合，抑制瘢痕增生，值得临床推广。
