VEGF—壳聚糖微囊复合缓释载体的制备(1)
[摘要]目的:研究VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)-壳聚糖缓释微囊的制备工艺。方法:采用离子沉淀-凝聚法制备VEGF-壳聚糖缓释微囊,并检测其包封率和载药量。结果:实验制备的VEGF-壳聚糖缓释微囊包封率为87%,载药量为4.35%,微囊大小均匀,光洁度与成形度好。结论:本制备工艺方法简单易行,稳定,重现性好。说明利用天然高分子多糖类物质壳聚糖来包封VEGF是切实可行的,VEGF-壳聚糖缓释微囊具有进一步研究和应用价值。
