果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的：观察果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法：74例患者，随机分为两组。治疗组：38例，用薇诺娜果酸活肤液治疗，2周1次，共治疗4次；对照组：36例，外用阿达帕林凝胶治疗，每晚1次，连用8周。治疗结束后观察疗效，末次治疗后连续随访2个月，以观察复发情况。结果：两组有效率比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，两组复发率比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：果酸治疗面部轻、中度寻常性痤疮是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗手段，值得临床推广应用。
