2点阵激光治疗腋臭疗效分析> 超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗腋臭疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法：利用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗65例腋臭患者，治疗前、治疗后6个月使用腋臭评分方法进行评分，进行治疗前后疗效对比。结果：与治疗前相比，1次治疗后有效率76.92%，其中3例患者治疗2次后有效率达100%，不良反应有轻微疼痛及点状出血，无感染及瘢痕。治疗后腋窝皮肤及上肢活动功能无影响。结论：超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗腋臭有效率高，疼痛轻微，恢复时间短，并发症少，无明显瘢痕，是一种简便、安全、有效的治疗腋臭方法。
