影响皮肤黑素沉着的美白制剂及其作用机制研究进展(1)
[摘要]人体皮肤黑素沉着受多重机制调控,包括转录调节、黑素合成调节、黑素转运调节及黑素分布、降解调节等。目前,美白制剂的主要调控途径是通过在黑素合成过程中抑制酪氨酸酶活性达到美白效果,但是通过其他作用机制也能调控黑素的生成继而影响肤色。本文主要从黑素沉着形成过程将美白制剂分类并阐述其作用机制。
