自体膜性组织移植在鼻整形中的应用(1)
[摘要]目的：使用自体膜性组织掩饰置入鼻内移植物的边缘，同时修复前期手术材料压迫和张力过大造成的厚薄不均的皮肤软组织罩(soft tissue envelope，STE)。方法：取自体肋软骨膜、臀沟真皮，根据需要加强和修复的皮肤软组织的面积进行剪裁，采用6-0尼龙线缝合或医用生物胶水粘合的方式固定自体软组织在移植物上或皮肤下。结果：经过几个月时间的恢复，自体筋膜和真皮可以起到加厚局部或填充凹陷的作用，鼻部的皮肤软组织罩基本可以恢复到正常状态。结论：自体软组织筋膜和真皮对改善和增加鼻部皮肤软组织罩的厚度和恢复皮肤软组织罩均匀平滑度可起到非常好的调整作用。
