自体软骨联合膨体在Binder综合征矫正中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的：探讨应用自体软骨和膨体移植矫正Binder综合征的临床效果。方法：对12例Binder综合征患者，用自体肋软骨和耳软骨矫正鼻背、鼻尖低平、鼻小柱短缩畸形，应用膨体矫正面中部凹陷畸形。结果：所有患者切口均一期愈合，面中部畸形得到有效矫正，鼻小柱延长，鼻尖高度和鼻外形滿意。术后随访3～12个月，患者无膨体感染等并发症，效果满意。 结论：对无严重咬合畸形的Binder综合征患者，采用自体软骨联合膨体移植修复，并发症少，手术效果好。
