32P敷贴治疗乳房外Paget病疗效评价(1)
[摘要]目的：研究核素32P治疗乳房外Paget病的可行性和疗效。方法：乳房外Paget病患者3例，采用核素32P以放射性活度0.2mCi/cm2敷贴，每周1次，平均保持8h。结果：3例患者均临床痊愈，临床随访12～21个月，无复发，无明显副作用。结论：32P敷贴治疗乳房外Paget病疗效佳，患者耐受性好。
