Body Tite黄金微针射频治疗腋臭的临床研究(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨Body Tite黄金微针射频治疗腋臭的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。方法：对150例不同程度的腋臭患者行Body Tite黄金微针射频治疗，治疗结束后随访3～6个月，评价其疗效、复发情况及并发症发生情况。结果：150例腋臭患者治疗后，治疗总有效率高达100%，其中轻、中度患者的治愈率高达90.9%，但重度患者疗效欠佳，经再次或多次诊疗后疗效满意。治疗后少数患者出现局部皮肤发红，极少数患者出现皮肤烫伤，但均在短期内康复。结论：Body Tite黄金微针射频是一种无创、安全、有效且并发症少的腋臭治疗方法，是轻、中度患者的首选治疗方式，重度患者需两次或多次治疗后方可达到治愈目的。

Clinical Study of Body Tite Gold Micro Needle Radio-frequency in the Treatment of Axillary Osmidrosis

Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of Body Tite gold micro needle radio-frequency to treat axillary osmidrosis. Methods 150 patients with different degrees of axillary osmidrosis were treated by Body Tite gold micro needle. The curative effect， recurrence and adverse reaction were evaluated after 3-6 months from the initial treatment. Results The total effective rate was 100% in 150 patients who had received the Body Tite gold micro needle radio-frequency treatment. The cure rate among the patients with mild to moderate conditions was 90.9%. There were poor outcome for severe patients， but the treatment effect can be satisfied after repeated treatment sessions. After treatment， a few patients had local skin redness， and fewer patients experienced skin burn. However， all patients can be recovered in a short period of time. Conclusion The Body Tite goldr micro needle is a non-invasive， safe， effective and fewer complications. It is preferred in the treatment of mild to moderate axillary osmidrosis. Although the post operation reoccur rate is higher in severe patients， two or more times treatment can healing.

腋臭是一種好发于青春期的皮肤代谢性疾病，夏季和温度较高时易加重，给患者的日常生活造成极大影响，严重时直接导致患者的心理障碍[1]。腋臭的治疗及治疗后的疗效一直是临床上的难点和热点。目前主要的治疗方法有手术治疗[2-3]和非手术治疗。非手术治疗包括药物治疗[4]、激光治疗[5-6]、超声波破碎、负压刮吸双侧破坏或放射性电离辐射等，但疗效均不甚理想。手术治疗能够彻底切除大汗腺，达到治愈目的，但容易血运不良导致切口愈合不佳，术后遗留极大瘢痕。同时患者住院时间较长，且术后需加压包扎，患者较为痛苦。黄金微针射频作为一种新型的微创治疗手段，其因安全、有效、并发症少等优点很快得到广大患者和医生的认可。现将黄金微针治疗腋臭的有效性及不良反应研究报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料：选取2016年1月-2017年9月本院收治的150例腋臭患者为研究对象，其中，男46例，女104例，年龄16～54岁，病程2～40年，其中轻度51例，中度92例，重度7例，所有患者均为双侧，均未接受过其他治疗。分级标准：①轻度：1m以内才能闻到异味，或只有患者本人才能闻到；②中度：2m内即可嗅到异味；③重度：2m以外嗅到异味[7]。
1.2 排除标准：①患有皮肤肿瘤，活动性皮肤病者；②患有严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病或传染性疾病者；③出血性疾病患者；④佩戴起搏器、血管支架或金属置入物者；⑤孕妇；⑥瘢痕体质者。, http://www.100md.com(姚卫君 张建文 刘林嶓)
