不同类型眼睑松弛的临床治疗方法(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨不同类型眼睑松弛的临床治疗方法及其效果。方法：以2017年1月-2017年10月笔者医院收治的85例不同类型眼睑松弛就医者为研究对象，45例就医者采用去皮重睑术，27例采用眉下缘切口去皮提眉术，13例采用眉上缘切口去皮提眉术，记录术后恢复时间、一期愈合率、并发症发生率、满意度及术后视野改善情况。结果：术后就医者的重睑形态满意，眉眼部皮肤松弛明显改善，眉下垂及上睑松弛、重睑线遮盖明显纠正，视力障碍及眼睑下垂均得到明显改善。术后平均恢复时间为(30.52±4.67)d，一期愈合率为95.29%(81/85)，并发症发生率为5.88%(5/85)。结论：根据不同类型眼睑松弛情况选择合适手术方式，可显著提高治疗效果，安全性及满意度均较好。

Clinical Treatment of Different Types of Eyelid Relaxation

Abstracts： Objective To evaluate the clinical effects on patients with different types of relaxed eyelid. Methods 85 cases with different types of relaxed eyelid which was taken as research objects in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017. 45 cases were carried out decorticated double eyelid surgery， 27 cases were carried out superciliary lower ridge incision decorticated raised eyebrow surgery， 13 cases were carried out superciliary upper ridge incision decorticated raised eyebrow surgery. The postoperative recovery time， primary healing rate， complication incidence rate， satisfaction degree and improved situation of postoperative vision field was recorded. Results After the operation， the eyelid shape of the doctor was satisfactory， the skin relaxation of the eyebrow and the eye was obviously improved， the eyebrow ptosis and the upper eyelid relaxation， the eyelid line cover were corrected， the visual impairment and the blepharoptosis were obviously improved. The average recovery time was (30.52±4.67)d， the primary healing rate was 95.29% (81/85)， and the complication rate was 5.88% (5/85). Conclusion According to different types of eyelid laxity， choosing the right surgical method can significantly improve the therapeutic effect， and the safety and satisfaction are better.

随着年龄的增长人们的皮肤会越发地松弛，特别是面部皮肤尤为明显。上睑松弛的皮肤不仅影响美观而且一定程度上影响视野[1]。大多数松弛性眼睑就医者的皮肤变薄、松弛，眼轮匝肌变性、松弛，眶隔膜松弛、萎缩，导致脂肪突出、脱垂，手术矫正是主要的治疗方法[2]。治疗松弛性眼睑的手术方案主要以重睑术为主，文献报道的相关手术方案均有较好效果。为了总结经验，进一步提高眼睑松弛就医者的临床疗效，本研究以2017年1月-2017年10月在笔者医院进行治疗的85例不同类型眼睑松弛就医者为研究对象，评价总结其临床效果、并发症及满意度，现报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料：以2017年1月-2017年10月筆者医院收治的85例不同类型眼睑松弛就医者为研究对象，均为女性，年龄25～60岁，平均年龄(40.22±6.73)岁。排除标准：伴有其他眼部疾病、血液系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、或精神类疾病者；已接受相关治疗并可能影响观测指标者；特征人群：孕妇、疾病晚期或病情危笃者。, 百拇医药(张姣姣 张新成 张帆)
