即刻种植即刻修复在上颌前牙修复中的应用及对患者美观效果的影响(1)
[摘要]目的：分析即刻種植即刻修复在上颌前牙修复中的应用及对患者美观效果的影响。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年10月在笔者科室接受上颌前牙修复的900例患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组。对照组：450例，采用常规的种植、延期修复方法治疗；研究组：450例，采用德国贝格Bego种植体即刻种植修复治疗。观察并比较两组患者的种植体体积(种植体直径、种植体长度)、骨吸收水平、治疗效果及术后美观效果。结果：研究组患者的种植体直径、种植体长度均高于对照组，6个月骨吸收水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组总有效率93.3%，高于对照组的73.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者术后1年美观效果(唇侧牙龈曲线、近中龈乳头、唇侧牙龈高度、远中龈乳头以及根部突度及牙龈色质)优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：即刻种植即刻修复在上颌前牙修复中的应用效果显著，能有效改善患者的上颌前牙牙槽骨吸收水平，提高美观效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To study the application of immediate implant immediate repair in maxillary anterior teeth repair and the impact on the aesthetic effect of patients. Methods 900 cases of patients who underwent maxillary anterior teeth restoration in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods， 450 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine implantation and postponement for treatment， the patients in the study group were treated with immediate implant immediate repair. The implant volume (implant diameter， implant length)， bone resorption level， therapeutic effect and postoperative aesthetic effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The diameter of implants and length of implants in the study group were all higher than those in the control group， and the level of bone resorption in 6 months was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%， which was higher than that of the control group (73.3%)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The aesthetic effect (labial gingival curve， mesial papillae， labial gingival height， distal papillae and root curvature and gingival mass) in the study group was better than that in the control group at 1 year after operation， with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Immediate implant immediate repair in the maxillary anterior teeth repair effect is significant， can effectively improve the patient's maxillary anterior teeth alveolar bone absorption and improve the aesthetic effect， it is worth to clinical promotion., http://www.100md.com(万思宏)
