铸瓷贴面修复伴牙本质暴露的前牙牙体缺损疗效观察(3)
综上所述，对于伴牙本质暴露的前牙牙体缺损使用铸瓷贴面修复，可以减少基牙的预备，增加基牙剩余牙体组织的抗力，恢复前牙的形态、色彩以及功能，是一种可行的微创美容修复方式；但由于观察时间有限，在口腔内的长期留存率还有待于更近一步的观察和研究。
