清洁类化妆品功效评价方法探讨(3)
皮膚清洁是皮肤护理的基础步骤，对皮肤进行彻底且温和的清洁对维持屏障功能具有重要意义。本研究首次将Corneometer? CM825、Primos和I-scope三种无创检测仪器联合应用于皮肤清洁功效检测，为该功效的评价方法提供新理念和新途径。值得注意的是，本研究只检测了皮肤角质层含水量，未对经表皮失水率(Transepidermal Water loss ，TEWL)进行检测，因此，未能对皮肤屏障功能进行全面评价，应在今后研究中加以关注和完善。
