光电协同联合药物治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的:探讨光电协同技术(ELOS)治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年2月笔者科室就诊的中重度痤疮患者128例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组64例。对照组仅给予阿奇霉素片0.25g/次,2次/d,口服、维胺酯胶囊50mg/次,2次/d,口服、外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶1次/晚,外涂于患处;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合ELOS治疗,每月治疗2次,每次间隔15d,共治疗4次。观察患者皮损消退情况,比较两组治疗效果,并统计其不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组丘疹、红斑、脓疱、结节及皮损总数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的79.69%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于中重度痤疮患者在常规西药治疗基础上联合ELOS治疗效果较好,且不良反应少。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of electro-optical synergy (ELOS) in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods 128 patients with moderate to severe acne who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups by the random number table method. 64 patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin tablets,0.25g/times,twice/d,oral administration,viaminate capsules 50mg/times,twice/d,oral administration,and external application of isotretinoin erythromycin gel,once/evening. On the basis,64 patients in the observation group were treated with ELOS, twice/month, once every 15 days, a total of 4 times. The abatment of skin lesions was observed. Therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups, and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results The total number of papules, erythema, pustules, nodules and skin lesions in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (96.88% vs 79.69%) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with moderate to severe acne, effect of conventional western medicine combined with ELOS is good, with few adverse reactions.

痤瘡是皮肤科常见疾病,发病因素较多,好发于12~18岁人群[1]。经调查统计,痤疮在青少年人群中的发病率高达80%以上,其中成年女性为13%~15%,成年男性为4%~5%[2]。该病的发生对患者身心健康造成不良影响。药物是治疗痤疮的常用手段,多采取口服抗生素、异维A酸联合外用抗生素、维A酸治疗方案,但治疗时间较长,且不良反应多。而新型物理疗法的出现,如光电协同技术(electro—opticalsynergy,ELOS)治疗,不仅效果显著,且治疗安全,美观性较好,易被患者所接受。2015年1月-2017年2月,笔者科室64例中重度痤疮患者在常规药物治疗基础上联合ELOS治疗取得了满意效果,现报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 临床资料:将128例中重度痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组64例,其中男23例,女41例,年龄12~30岁,平均(21.7±1.3)岁,病程1~5年,平均(2.4±0.7)年;中度31例,重度33例;观察组64例,其中男25例,女39例,年龄12~29岁,平均(21.2±1.1)岁;病程1~6年,平均(2.5±0.8)年;中度30例,重度34例。两组患者性别、年龄、病程等一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, 百拇医药(詹明峰 于均峰 尚佩生)
