血管吻合器在游离组织瓣修复颌面缺损中的应用(3)
综上所述，血管吻合器在口腔颌面部缺损修复与重建应用于静脉吻合中取得了良好的效果。应用血管吻合器后，静脉吻合时间明显缩短，血管通畅率高，在游离组织瓣修复重建手术中显示出良好的临床应用前景，值得推广。但血管吻合器价格较贵，在一定程度上限制了其临床应用。另外，如何才能更好地用于吻合管壁相对较厚的动脉，也需进一步探讨研究。
