外眦固定术在下睑松弛矫正术中的应用(3)
由于术中不对下睑板外侧缘进行彻底解剖分离，下睑板表面被覆有眼轮匝肌，此时固定时不能准确判定下睑板外侧端的位置。术中操作时缝合点应该距睑缘3mm以内，下睑板外侧端的宽度一般为2.4mm[18]。缝合点太靠下，反倒会造成睑缘与眼球的分离。
由于外眦固定术主要是针对外眦韧带和睑板的收紧固定，术中不破坏外眦角的正常形态，所以术后不会引起外眦角变形。同样，外眦固定术是将外眦韧带进行水平方向的收紧固定，所以术后也不会造成睑裂变小的并发症。但对于作外眦悬吊术的案例，由于外眦韧带向眶缘的外上方向固定，术后容易发生外眦的叠瓦样改变，下睑隐藏于上睑下，造成睑裂变小。外眦固定术在下睑板或外眦松弛的下睑袋整形术中是一个操作简单，效果可靠的手术方式，值得在临床上推广应用。
