Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of mini incision subcutaneous scraping combined with Chinese herbal perfusion in the treatment of axillary odour. Methods 147 patients of axillary odour who received therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the research object, and were divided into the observation group (n=72) and the control group (n=75) by the random digital table method. The observation group was treated with a small incision subcutaneous squeegee method combined with Chinese herbal medicine perfusion method, and the control group was given a small incision subcutaneous squeegee method for treatment. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, incidence of complications and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the operation time was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). And the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.33%, P<0.05). The two groups of HAMA scores were reduced, but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The micro-incision curettage combined with Chinese herbal medicine perfusion method is effective in treating odor, which can reduce trauma, reduce scar, eliminate subcutaneous hematoma and skin flap necrosis, and reduce recurrence rate. The effect is due to the small incision subcutaneous squeegee method, which is worthy of popularization and application.
