中药面膜对痤疮动物模型治疗作用的实验研究(1)

     [摘要]目的：探究中药面膜对痤疮动物模型的治疗作用。方法：将32只大鼠分为2组，即正常组(n=8)和造模组(n=24)。采用痤疮丙酸杆菌方法造模，造模成功后分为模型组、维A酸组、药膜组，每组8只。模型组不做任何处理，维A酸组涂0.1%维A酸乳膏，药膜组涂抹中药面膜，连续治疗2周后，用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)法检测各组大鼠血清IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α和IL-2的含量，采用免疫印迹(Western Blot)的方法测定各组大鼠痤疮组织中IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α和IL-2的表达。结果：与模型组相比，中药面膜能够明显缓解痤疮模型大鼠的耳的肿胀率，能够显著减少炎症因子IL-1α、IL-6及TNF-α的血清水平，显著增加IL-2血清中水平，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药面膜能够明显降低痤疮组织中炎症因子IL-1α、IL-6及TNF-α的表达，显著增加IL-2的表达，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：中药面膜具有良好的抗炎作用且对痤疮模型大鼠具有较好的治疗作用。

    Abstract： Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal mask on acne animal model. Methods 32 rats were divided into the two groups： the normal control group (n=8) and the modeling group (n=24). The animal model was established by using Propionibacterium acnes. The model rats were divided into the three groups： the model group， the retinoic acid group and the drug mask group after successful modeling. The model group were treated with nothing， the retinoic acid group were treated with 0.1% Vitamin A acid cream， and the drug mask group were treated with Chinese medicine facial mask. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The serum levels of IL-1α，IL-6，TNF-α and IL-2 in each group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).Western Blot was used to detect the expression of IL-1， IL-6， TNF-α and IL-2 in acne tissues of rats. Results Compared with the model group， the traditional Chinese medicine mask could significantly alleviate the swelling rate of the ears of the rats with acne model， and could significantly reduce the serum level of the inflammatory factors IL-1 alpha， IL-6 and TNF- alpha， and significantly increase the level of IL-2 in the serum， the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Chinese medicine mask could significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory factors IL-1 alpha， IL-6 and TNF- alpha in acne tissues， and significantly increase the expression of IL-2(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine facial mask has good anti-inflammatory effect and has a well therapeutic effect on acne model rats.

    中藥面膜不但具有美白润滑的作用，也有淡斑、抗炎、治疗痤疮的功效，且被基础研究及临床实践多方证实[1-2]。七白散是最为经典的中药面膜，广泛应用于临床，但其是否具有治疗痤疮的作用并未得到证实。本研究旨在运用现代医学实验方法研究该中药面膜对痤疮模型大鼠相关指标的影响，探究中药面膜治疗痤疮的作用，为中药面膜在临床的开发利用提供理论支持。

    1 材料和方法
