浅层电子线放射治疗背部瘢痕疙瘩的体外实验与临床疗效观察(3)
综上，对于瘢痕疙瘩术后浅层电子线照射的分割剂量，分次及总剂量等与多种因素有关。临床上运用放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩取得了一定的疗效。在瘢痕疙瘩治疗细节方面，对不同位置照射的时间间隔和剂量上仍然没有达成共识。因此建立统一的术后浅层电子线照射标准，不断提高其治疗效果，尚需做大量的基础和临床研究。
