双极射频联合左旋维生素C治疗面部皮肤光老化疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的:观察双极射频联合外用左旋维生素C在面部皮肤光老化患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年4月于笔者医院要求行面部光老化治疗的37例女性患者,给予双极射频治疗(每4周1次,共治疗3次),每次射频术后即刻予左旋维生素C外涂。在治疗前、疗程结束后3个月利用CK皮肤测试仪及VISIA皮肤检测仪对患者进行面部指标检测。应用CK皮肤测试仪检测皮肤弹性、皮脂含量、黑色素、血红素、皮肤含水量、经皮水分流失量各指标。应用VISIA分析治疗前后患者色斑、皱纹、毛孔、纹理、紫外斑光斑、红色区域、棕色斑、卟啉的特征计数值。结果:CK皮肤检测仪检测治疗后的皮肤弹性增加,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) ;皮脂含量、血红素及黑色素指标较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后含水量、经皮水分流失指标变化不明显;VISIA皮肤检测仪检测治疗后斑点、毛孔、纹理、紫外线色斑、红色区及棕色斑指标较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后皱纹、紫质指标变化不明显。结论:双极射频联合左旋维生素C治疗面部皮肤光老化,能够有效改善患者皮肤状态,该方法可作为面部皮肤光老化的治疗方案之一。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bipolar radiofrequency combined with L-vitamin C in the treatment of facial photoaging patients. Methods A total of 37 patients of facial skin photoaging were selected from May 2016 to April 2018. The patients were treated with bipolar radiofrequency (once every 4 weeks, 3 times), and the L-vitamin C was used immediately after each treatment. CK skin test instrument and VISIA skin detector were used to test the facial indicators in pretherapy and post-treatment. CK skin test instrument was used to detect skin elasticity, sebum content, melanin, heme, skin moisture content and trans epidermal water loss. VISIA was used to analyze the characteristics of color spots, wrinkles, pores, textures, uv spots, red areas, brown spots and porphyrins before and after treatment. Results The skin elasticity increased after the treatment testing by CK skin detection instrument, and the difference was significant( P<0.05). Sebum content, hemoglobin, and melanin index decreased after treatment, and the difference was significant( P<0.05), but the change in Trans epidermal water loss and moisture content were not obvious. The improvement of spots, pores, textures, brown spots, uv spots, red areas and brown spots after treatment detecting by VISIA skin testing instrument was significant( P<0.05). However, the improvement of wrinkle and purple indexes were not obvious. Conclusion The treatment of Bipolar radiofrequency combined with L-vitamin C can effectively improve the skin condition of patients. This method can be used as one of the treatment of facial skin photoaging.

年齡增长加上长期的外界刺激(主要是紫外线),使面部皮肤受到慢性损伤,易导致皮肤光老化。光老化包括皮肤纹理的变化,松弛、细纹、色素及血管变化,如红斑和毛细管扩张[1]。对于光老化的治疗,除手术治疗外,常用的治疗方法有化学剥脱、强脉冲光(IPL)、射频(RF)、肉毒毒素注射、透明质酸或脂肪填充等[2-4],均有一定的改善作用。维生素C可以有效分解皮肤中黑色素,预防色素沉着,具有防治光老化的作用。既往研究显示双极射频通过抑制皮脂腺的分泌可用于痤疮的治疗[5-6],但目前双极射频用于改善光老化方面的研究较少,且射频治疗后易遗留较长时间色素沉着而影响临床推广。近年来,笔者科室应用双极射频联合左旋维生素C外用治疗面部皮肤光老化,取得了较满意的疗效,现将结果报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(姚晓东 吴晓琰 崔晓美)
